I purchased a beautiful baby boy hahns macaw from Bird Shop Australia.He is so knowledgeable about all the baby birds.He kept me posted about the babys progress and photos. Also wanted to make sure he was doing OK after he was home with me.He does a wonderful job with these birds.I would totally purchase another bird from him.

I took my 13-year-old son to Bird Shop Australia to pick out a bird as a Christmas present yesterday and it was a wonderful experience! The owners are excellent and friendly, and patient. They never rushed us or pushed my son to change his mind.
We actually stayed for a couple of hours to really be sure he was picking the correct ‘best friend’ match for him, and it was beautiful! We went home with the sweetest hand-raised cockatiel that was already mutually in love with my son!
It truly is a heartwarming thing to see your child fall madly in love with a pet!

I got my high yellow sun conure baby from Bird Shop Australia
. I couldn't be happier. He was super fast at responding to my messages and answering all of my questions. I drove over 2.5 hours to meet and pick up my conure... and he is healthy and happy, and quickly adapted to his new surroundings and our family. I highly recommend Bird Shop Australia!

From deposit to take-home day, Bird Shop Australia was excellent. He kept us updated with our Scarlett’s growth through pics each week. Joe and I have been going to Bird Shop Australia in Belmont WA 6104 with our African Grey which is now 4 years old. We board him there every year for a week to get groomed as we open our place for the summer that is close to the place. They are wonderful! We purchased a female from them last year, and she is a little doll. They are very dedicated and loyal, too.

Great experience with Thompson, Owner of Bird Shop Australia. I kept my parrot updated until she was weaned and ready to come to her new home. Answered all my questions. I really liked that he sent me videos of her progress. Shipping went well, and she arrived looking happy and healthy @ 14 weeks old. I recommend working with him if you want a hand-fed parrot to love. I was apprehensive about buying a bird from out of state, but I wanted a Jardine, and she is perfect.
